I also had some digestive issues, so I needed to take a supplement to control these symptoms. My doctor said that Nexium and Nexium Acid are good for treating stomach problems, and that Protonix and Protonix Acid should be taken for a short period of time, then the other medications should be stopped. I was still able to eat normally, but the pain in my stomach was becoming worse. I had some pain in my upper stomach, which was becoming worse, but I still felt like I had been bitten. I still had to take Protonix and Nexium acid to control the stomach pain. The symptoms went away after a few days, and I was able to eat normally.
